To be approved for Sanitary Sewer Extensions, the Developer must abide by the checklist that outlines the guidelines and necessary steps to be taken.

In order to connect to water service, the individual must complete the application and submit it to the Newville Water & Sewer Authority office, located at 4 West Street in Newville.
