The Newville Borough Zoning Hearing Board consists of five members appointed by the Borough Council. The primary duty of the Zoning Hearing Board is to act upon appeals from residents to the Newville Borough Zoning Ordinance. Attorney Sally Winder serves as the Solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Board.
